Pomeriggio invernale a merenda quindi con the e dolci per quattro persone. Dolci e the molto buoni. Prezzi assolutamente esorbitanti per il quartiere e il luogo che non è comodo ma che pieno di chincaglierie costringe i clienti dei tavoli a stare tutti attaccati ma soprattutto, a stare attenti al centimetro perché anche un piccolo movimento potrebbe rompere una ceramica, posta praticamente in ogni angolo del locale. L’atmosfera è abbastanza confortevole ma sembra più che il locale sia stato adattato ad una esposizione che all’accoglienza di persone. Il servizio è tendenzialmente gentile ma dovrebbe essere più attento al cliente, rispecchia appunto l’attenzione più a esporre che ad accogliere. Sembra, entrando, che si percepisca “qui è casa mia ed è come dico io” che non “prego ben venuti, vi stavamo aspettando”. Per questo motivo credo siano anche stati imposti prezzi davvero troppo troppo alti per sedersi a prendere un the con una fetta di torta nemmeno troppo generosa. Non vuole essere un’invettiva bensì una critica costruttiva da una persona che ne ha fatto esperienza, ovvero da cliente.
