Al hilal branch tea world food is delicious and service is so goood. I had just small complaint about compliment salad. Excellent Service by Abhinanth I’ve been a regular customer at Tea World (Oqba Ibn Nafi/Umm Ghuwailina branches) and a big fan of their Chinese cuisine. I usually prefer dining in but today was my first time ordering for home delivery. There was a small mix-up with my delivery time but Abhinanth Sir handled it exceptionally well. He sincerely apologised, took responsibility and personally ensured that my meal was redelivered exactly at my requested time. The food arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly packed. Abhinanth Sir, I truly appreciate your professionalism, prompt response and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. Staff like you truly make a difference Note to the Manager: Abhinanth Sir wasn’t even aware that I’m a regular customer at your outlets.
