Teachana in the Novo Asian Food Hall has the best ramen in Pittsburgh in my opinion. The broth was rich, the chashu pork was charred and flavorful, and the seasoned egg made the dish. We ordered the ramen combo which came with a big bowl of ramen and a milk tea for $20, not a bad deal. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: USD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
