Based on previous reviews, it must have been my good day. Hand in hand with my Christmas gift, a memorable Rigoletto, we ended up at the restaurant... to try. For someone "from the provinces", Cádiz specifically, it is somewhat disturbing to find yourself in an environment that expects you to be stuffy and stuffy, but no, the place is very cozy and has magnificent views. We must have made the right choice, because the dishes were magnificent, in quantity, presentation and promptness. The service is very professional and attentive without overwhelming the diner. Regarding the price, it cannot be said that it is cheap, but neither is it expensive, in the quality/price ratio quality wins. It's probably that, we had a good day, that's why we plan to return the next time we pass through Madrid, which I hope will be soon.
