If you're looking for authentic Japanese-style udon in the Sinsa-dong/Garosugil area, TEBO is an absolute must-visit. I tried the Bukkake Udon with two different sides: the Chicken Tempura (Karaage) and the Assorted Tempura (Shrimp & Veggies). The highlight is definitely the noodles—they are incredibly chewy, firm, and have that perfect "mochi-mochi" texture that only comes from expert handmade preparation. The tempura was light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The shrimp was plump, and the veggie tempura was fresh. I highly recommend pouring the cold tsuyu sauce over the noodles and adding a bit of lemon and wasabi for a refreshing kick. Cozy Sapporo Udon place near Garosugil. Many people were having lunch even after lunch hour on a rainy day, so it was a popular place. I ordered a Butgake udon and a fried Onsen tamago. Noodles are home-made on site so they are fresh and very chewy. Definitely recommend this place for a quick and authentic meal.
