The varied menu based on Ethiopian cuisine is what you are offered at Teff Fields Ethiopian Cuisine. It's worth visiting this place because of good chicken and perfectly cooked daurade. Prices are found reasonable here.
Today my husband and I had the combo platter. The food was amazing to say the least. I plan on going to the farmers market now just to enjoy another plate.
Amazingly delicious Ethiopian food at Yellow Green Market! The ladies are super nice and it's easy to find the booth location not far from the main center area. My husband and I got a combo platter which was a hefty portion enough for two people to share. It was only $15 which is a bargain! It is full vegetarian but each different entree is unique and has its own distinctive flavors. The injera was perfect, spongey and not too sour. It is to be eaten by hand with the dishes on it. I'm always amazed at the amount of spices and rich flavors each dish has. My favorite was the yellow curried lentils and the potato cabbage carrot mixture. The center dish was also amazing too. Make sure to try out Teffs while you're shopping at YG Market!
The food just hits every time. A must stop every time I'm at YGFM. Absolutely adore and appreciate the ladies who run this spot. $15 for a veggie platter that is generous for two people? You can't beat that. While the whole selection is delicious, the mushroom and eggplant ughhh! so dang good. I always ask for extra injera and know that I'm in for a treat.
