Telegram coffee is located inside the State Buildings. Love the vibe of the interior, with warm lighting which made the atmosphere cosy. The staff was extremely friendly, and the soy latte was smooth and aromatic. Definitely worth the trip here. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
