One of the best sweet treats I’ve eaten in Korea and I’ve been here for a month! The pancakes are made fresh to order. We got the strawberry and crème brulee. The pancakes are beautifully soft and melt in your mouth. The strawberry has a classically light flavour to it, with a perfect whipped cream (not too stiff, not too liquidity). The creme brûlée has a smooth custard. The charred parts give the custard a slightly caramel-like after taste. It is a bit eggy (for my friend’s taste), but I loved it. There was the cutest little cat in the cafe as well. The Einspanner had a perfectly sweet whipped cream and the coffee had the perfect amount of bitterness to it.
