What a delight it was discovering Tempo. We have dined at some fine restaurants in the UK and France over the years and earlier this year I was the fortunate beneficiary of being treated to dining at Tom Kerridge restaurant, the two Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers, in Marlow, UK. That was a culinary heaven experience. We can honestly say that the Tempo dining experience did not fall very far short of that Hand & Flowers experience. The food at Tempo is beautifully presented, and each serving offers layered and meticulously balanced flavours and textures. The suggested wine pairing could have not been bettered. The service was attentive, without being intrusive. We dined at lunchtime and, as most top restaurants that have a lunchtime service, the Tempo experience proved to be extraordinarily good-value. We are already working on how and when we can fit in a further visit to Tempo on our future French travels. Thank you to all at Tempo. We will definitely be back.
