I visited Tender Bar and tried their chicken wings. Honestly, they were disgusting. There was a weird flavor in the chicken, like that unpleasant aftertaste you get when meat isn't fresh or properly cleaned. Not going back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
