2025年の年越し蕎麦に乗せる天ぷらの下見にやってきました。 仙台藤崎百貨店地下1階の天ふじさん。 12月の30日、31日は特別仕様で、海老天とアサリのみになるとのこと。やはり数を捌かなくてはならないので多品種は難しいようです。 今日の夕食は天ざる。 2人分を目安に、あれこれ天ぷらをテイクアウトで購入して2,025円。 ハゼ190円 珍しい！ 同じ白身でもハゼだと思うと美味しさが増します。 昔、父親が汽水域に釣りに連れて行ってくれたのを思い出しました。 楽しかったなあ、郷愁に浸ります。 ムール貝かき揚げ250円 コレは初めて食べましたね。 老舗ながらチャレンジングな試みで面白いです。 奥にあるイートインコーナーがいつも気になるんだよなあ。 機会を見つけて是非食べてみたいです。 I came to preview the tempura on the New Year's Eve soba in 2025.
