It's one of the smaller establishments in this ramen alley. It's a one-man show by the owner who is welcoming but also no-nonsense at the same time. It's air conditioned and comfortable enough to eat hot ramen in. Would certainly recommend the Corn ramen and the spicy miso ramen. My only criticism is that I wish there's more meat/pork in the ramen, I wouldn't even mind paying double for it! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Recommended dishes: Spicy Miso, Corn Ramen

Our first Sapporo Ramen. We were not disappointed. Delicious buttery miso noodle & the spicy Ramen was excellent too. Freshly fried goyza is tasty & comes in order of six. Clean, fast, fresh & friendly owner. Good value. Highly recommended. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stepped into Ramen Alley without a clue on which restaurant to pick, but after an initial sweep of the place, a local with his kid next to him told us "best flavour", pointing towards Tenhou, for which he was also queuing. I thought "trust the locals", and in we went. The chef was also the waiter, busboy and dishwasher, which was an impressive display to see, as he welcomed guests, took orders, cleared and washed plates, and most importantly, provided cold beers. We ordered 2 spicy miso ramen and one beer, and in a meter of minutes, we received what the best ramen we've tried in Japan during our trip so far. Spicy, smooth, and flavourful broth, with firm and tasty noodles, topped with green onion, mushroom stalks, beansprouts, and a few slices of delicious pork. The beer was cold and refreshing. Without a doubt, one of the best culinary experiences of my life. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
