If you're looking for good Tempura, this place ain't fit the bill. But if you are into good quality rice produced locally with 4 good condiments as much as you can stuff your face, this takes the cake. There are not too many good Tempura joint near Kashiwa unfortunately. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I ate Tennosuke set meal. All-you-can-eat rice, miso soup, and 4 side dishes! Matsumae pickles, pickled squid, and bean sprouts make a great meal! The tempura is freshly fried and delicious!
