Busy restaurant. We sat by the start of the line so it was less comfortable with people queuing standing quite close to us. The food was good but the tempura was actually not the highlight. Just had the KUROTENDON at TENTORA Shibuya Scramble Square—the crisp tempura was stellar, especially the soft, juicy anago (conger eel) that stood proudly atop the bowl. The dark soy-dashi sauce gives it that rich umami kick, and the mix of shrimp, squid, pumpkin and egg keeps things playful. A divine lunch stop in Shibuya. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
