Walking near Runway Manila, visit this restaurant. Tenya offers Japanese dishes. At this place, guests may have tasty ramen.
The appealing staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The good service is a big advantage of this spot. A lot of reviewers think that the atmosphere is nice here. But this restaurant hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

80% of the menu was unavailable during our visit, which was already disappointing. At the very least, this could have been offset by better customer service—but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Our waiter, Bela, seemed uninterested in providing quality service. She wasn’t helpful, offered no recommendations, and didn’t even repeat our order to confirm it. It felt like she was in a rush to finish her shift rather than attend to guests. As for the food, mine was dry and underwhelming, but my parents did like their orders. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱2,500–3,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Glad I saw this from Level 3 that I asked for help how to get up (the escalators were not working). Ramen has just enough flavor (not too salty) and enough soup volume. Gyoza did not easily wrinkle and become stale, remained crispy throughout the meal. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tenya Tempura – NAIA Terminal 3 (Honest Review) I had a really disappointing experience at Tenya Tempura Tendon. I ordered a mix of items hoping for a decent pre-flight meal, but unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet expectations at all. The ramen tasted like instant noodles—very basic, lacking depth, and far from what you’d expect from a Japanese restaurant. The broth didn’t have that rich, authentic flavor and felt rushed or poorly prepared. The steak was even worse. It was extremely tough and chewy—honestly felt like eating rubber. Definitely not something you’d expect at that price point. As for the watermelon, it had a strange sour taste—more like calamansi juice than fresh fruit. That alone made me question the freshness of the ingredients. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering this is inside a major airport where you expect at least decent quality. For the price you’re paying, there are definitely better options nearby. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
