Awesome good quality Teppanyaki Japanese food. We ordered the basil chicken, and yakisoba.  they all come out pretty nicely done. Very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend.

I am writing on behalf of Marco Lenci – who does not have a Facebook account – and he is a regular customer of Teppanyaki Lovers (Level A Myer Centre, Brisbane CBD) since 2015: “I would like to point out what happened to me today, June 1 2017, at 2:30 pm, at the Teppanyaki Lovers in the Myer Centre (Brisbane, CBD). I would have like to have ordered a curry mushrooms and so I went to Teppanyaki Lovers. Since I am a regular customer I use a Customer Rewards Card and, as I was going to place my order, I realized I was entitled to get the free meal, i.e. Batayaki or Teriyaki chicken, beef or mushrooms. Even though I was entitled to a free lunch I noticed, however, that I was not specifically entitled to have curry mushrooms. Therefore I immediately offered to pay the difference between the two meals, but the cashier refused to serve me the curry. I was astonished at their refusal, considering that Teppanyaki Lovers is, or better said, was one of my favorite franchise. Furthermore, as I checked the prices om the menu, I noticed, with shock, that the curry meal I asked for was even cheaper than the lunch I was entitled to get! (curry: 9.90 aud vs batayaki/teriyaki: 10.90 aud). The cashier, unable to solve the “problem” I was faced with, proceeded to delegate it to a colleague, but again, the curry meal was refused. That type of inflexibility was both pointless and rude, considering that it was not only addressed to a regular customer but it was utterly meaningless, since, by serving a curry, the franchising would have saved money. Being unable to give me a reasonable explanation of the refusal, the only viable solution, according to the employee, would have been to refer the matter to an unspecified “boss”, with the power to take accountability of such a “huge” decision. As my lunch time was almost over, I finally gave up and got my curry in another franchise. While I am writing this review I am still amazed by the employees’ rude and, most of all, senseless behavior. Is this the Teppanyaki Lovers’ policy with all of their regular customers?
