Mr. Teppei in Platto Tsuichi. It's been a long time since I've come across salt ramen that I thought was delicious! I was even impressed! The shop owner seemed to be a friendly person, and I enjoyed making ramen while talking with the customers In the open kitchen, while waiting You can spend time watching ramen being made without getting bored w I prefer the light type to the heavy type. In a way, the char siu rice bowl that I ordered as a set disappoints my expectations. Stick gyoza is also good! It is a ramen shop that I really think is delicious after a long time.
