Really good まぜそば (maze soba)! I don’t have another shop to compare Teppen’s dish to but I was very pleased with the portion size and spice level. I had two egg yolks and this made the noodles extra rich but not heavy, highly recommend. They have a ticket machine to order your food, but it was pretty straight forward to get a simple dish even using one for the first time.
