``Tonkotsu Ramen Teppen'' is a ramen restaurant that is known for its rich and mellow soup. The soup is based on pork bones and has a creamy and rich taste, is not greasy and has a refreshing aftertaste. The noodles are thin and go perfectly with the soup. The chashu topping is soft and well-seasoned, making you feel satisfied. The inside of the store is clean and has a calm atmosphere. The staff was courteous and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably. It's often crowded, especially during lunch, so it might be a good idea to visit with a little extra time. I think this ramen restaurant has a well-balanced overall taste and is worth trying once.
