Got our food delivered and they didn’t put everything in. When we called and explained to the lady she blamed the door dash person for it not being in there even though door dash doesn’t pack the order. Her response to our order being wrong was “so what do you want me to do about it” last time I spend money with this poor service establishment.

Dear kelvin, thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry that we missed including your soup in the order. That’s not the experience we want you to have. However,I want to clarify that I didn’t mean to blame DoorDash for the missing item- I was simply explaining the situation as I understood it. Since we don’t have our own delivery driver, here are the only two options we can offer right now:1 you can contact DoorDash customer support to request a refund for missing item or 2. We’d be happy to provide you with store credit for the value of soup. I understand it’s frustrating not being able to get a redelivery, and I sincerely apologize for that. We appreciate your business and hope you’ll give us another chance to serve you better.

We ordered two eel Bento, they let you customize them, I got fried rice instead of white. We also got the humai and seaweed salad. Everything was good. I usually dont eat the little side salads but the dressing they used was very good. Also the seaweed salad was one of the best, I really enjoyed it. They are generous with the eel and eel sauce which I appreciate. The bentos come with 3 gyoza and a California roll. Both delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were out running errands and the pang of hunger reminded us that we had not eaten breakfast. Following a brief stop at the Asian Mart, we proceeded to Teriyaki Tiger, which was conveniently located nearby. The estimated wait time for our call-in order was 18 minutes. My husband arrived 5 minutes after placing the order and found that it was ready for pickup, enabling a quick in-and-out experience. This establishment proudly proclaimed on its website, 'Extraordinary specialty, authentic taste carefully selects the freshest ingredients and serving traditional Japanese culinary skills to satisfy your taste buds.' After driving by it numerous times, we decided to indulge in one traditional, authentic Japanese item from their menu, eager to experience the epitome of culinary excellence. Marvin Gaye sang 'What's Going On?' So, let me describe what's going on at Teriyard Tiger, located at 11228 Florida Blvd... absolutely nothing. Because when it comes to authentic Japanese dumplings, they are not being served here. The perfectly crispy looking machine-made dumplings looked crispy, but tasted like eating a flavorless frisbee. As someone who shelled out $12.13 bucks for two orders of dumplings, I expected to get the real deal, not some pre-made, pre-frozen impostors. The filling was basically just cabbage with some mystery meat that might've been pork, but I'm not convinced. And don't even get me started on the soy sauce - it was like they tried to recreate Japanese flavors, but ended up with something that tasted like it belonged in a bad 80s movie. Here's a tip: just use Kikkoman like a normal person. Several reviewers are praising this establishment, but my initial experience with their dumplings was underwhelming. The cost of dining out has skyrocketed across the USAs and menu prices keep climbing. Wasting my coin on mediocre food is not an option so as the adage goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Unfortunately, they failed to impress by serving frozen food, which raises concerns about the freshness and quality of their offerings. This experience has led me to question the authenticity of their claims. Consequently, sticking to my one time resolution I will not be giving them a second chance unless someone else is treating.
