Surprising amount of space, mostly outdoor, Very friendly staff We sat in heated deck area and were very comfortable Great smoked meats, had the Lunch Plates which is a taste of everything. Even sides were tasty. I expect reservations are needed most times Will be back. As a first time visitor to Terlingua, I'd heard such good things that I was sure it was overrated. Turns out I was wrong (rare, but I suppose it can happen). My only regret is not eating here sooner, but I definitely plan to make up for lost time. My order was the carnitas tacos. The pork was tender and flavorful. I also grabbed a brisket burrito to go and found that to be very filling and seasoned well. I'd like to dine in sometime, and they take reservations up to 2 weeks in advance, which is super convenient. The dinging areas aren't super big so I can imagine this place fills up quickly. Already looking forward to my next bite!
