Bellissimo e nuovissimo nonché pulitissimo ristorante. Qualità del cibo ottima, dagli antipasti ai primi, tutto hand made, il proprietario è una persona particolarmente socievole e simpatica. Nel ristorante è presente anche un Spa Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just great. We will be back. Unfortunately we were the only ones there in the evening. At lunchtime it must have been different. That's why one or two things were no longer available, for example tiramisu. What we had was great. Starter: antipasto from Ortolano - vegetable garden: fried vegetables. Well seasoned, very tasty. Pasta: Fettucine alla Carbonara (with guanciale and quite a lot of pepper) and Fettucine Terra Nugas (with a kind of tomato sauce and seasonal vegetables). I enjoyed the carbonara noodles for the first time. (So far not anywhere else in Lazio, where they come from). She also liked to make us Terra Nugas with fresh homemade pasta. The Fettucine Terra Nugas could have been a bit spicier for me. But that's my taste. Then we had the patate fries. In Italy these are sometimes freshly fried potato chips. They were very uniformly cut and very tasty. Instead of a red wine from Lazio, we had a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo as the house wine. We were asked whether we would like the wine a little cooler or "ambience" = current room temperature. The young waitress was very friendly. Of course, she answered all of our questions with more calm than perhaps in a full restaurant. The restaurant is located outside in the mountains. Fewer tourists will probably arrive. It is beautifully laid out and has only been open for 2 months (statement August 2023). There are seats inside and outside. It's probably already partly cool outside in the evening. The parking lot looks big. We used the bikes. Google Maps says the route is largely flat - that's not entirely true. With the ebike it's no problem. The view to the left and right of the valley is even more beautiful. In the dark, the bikes should be well lit.
