We found Terraço da Alta after a recommendation from our nearby hotel. It was a rainy Tuesday and we had only just arrived in Coimbra. The lunch we had was the best we've had the whole time we've been in Portugal! The burrata salad was creamy and fresh and the oxtail croquettes were full of meat. The duck main course and the mushroom risotto were also faultless. We had such wonderful service from André who made the start of our visit to Coimbra so memorable.
