Just read this on Facebook. “Went to Terranora bakery this morning with a client who has an assistance animal & was told the dog had to leave. After explaining he is an assistance animal & by law can go anywhere besides an operating room & commercial kitchen he still said he had to leave. So we will no longer be supporting a business who discriminates and who is so heartless. It’s like asking someone in a wheelchair to leave their wheelchair at the door. It’s discrimination!” Think I’ll give this bakery a miss

I contacted Terranora Bakehouse on short notice to request a carrot cake as a surprise treat for my wife's birthday. From the get-go, I received top-notch communication and service. I was able to pick up the cake in the early hours of the morning and was received with genuine warmth and hospitality from their staff. The cake itself was moist, rich, and perfectly balanced in flavour. The attention to detail and the use of high-quality ingredients was more than evident. Everything I laid eyes on while I was there looked like a delight. I'm looking forward to visiting again in the future. Merci, Terranora Bakehouse!
