Terraza Harvard is pretty near Barrio Bellavista. You can order tasty monkfish. Guests don't like beer at this bar.
Unfortunately, the staff is rude as a number of visitors note. Unprofessional service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Based on the reviewers' opinions, prices are fair.
