Went in for lunch with my mum and was extremely disappointed! We ordered on the screens no issues. Where we then waited 10 minutes before staff came to tell us one of the drinks was out of stock. Then another 30-40 minutes before the food arrived and the croutons on mine and my mums salad were that stale they were wet extremely disappointing. Avoid this souless café, it reminds me of a works canteen, you order at a machine as you enter, then take a table number then you sit and wait for your order. Well done Tesco's for changing a really lovely hospitable café into a bland souless experience. The booth were you pick up takeaway food looks like DIY green house ? Gone is the friendly interaction with the staff to be replaced with a unfathomable screen ordering system well done Tesco 10 out of 10 if you like this type of self ordering system !!! Price per person: £1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
