I've had the distinct pleasure in honor of visiting testobar on a number of occasions. The owners of great people and they bring a lot of liveliness and cross cultures to the downtown Lowell environment which is so desperately in need. My schedule unfortunately doesn't allow me to attend all the gatherings and events yet I get updated from Maritz, a co- founder and wife of Ernesto the other co-owner. WayPah!!!
