The service at Test Kitchen H was terrible from start to finish. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and the staff appeared poorly trained. Everyone was rushing around, running into each other, clumsy, and completely lacking any sense of hospitality or attention to guests. When we asked for the wine menu, we were told they didn’t have one. Instead of offering options or guidance, they brought a single bottle at a time, with no explanation or professionalism. It felt disorganized and careless. The food itself was barely acceptable and certainly not worth the experience. Dishes were served with no explanation at all, which is especially disappointing for a place that seems to position itself as a “test kitchen.” Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant evening.
