There are already few options on the menu and there were still almost no options available, when we arrived there were only 2 people and even so we almost had to beg to be served, the bread was different to the photo on the menu. There was no ice, no lemon for coke. Anyway, horrible experience, they tried to correct it by sending a pastry, but it arrived burnt. Detail the other day, of the 5 people who ate it, 3 felt sick, including one who was pregnant and had to go to the emergency room, I don't recommend it and I won't go back. I drove 31 minutes to eat tacos and intended to have a great experience. I called my whole family and we went. When we placed our order, there were no nachos, no tacos, no draft beer. My last hope was the mozzarella stick. I ordered the cheese quesadilla and another with chicken and two portions of sticks. I ordered a coke which practically took 20 minutes to arrive. When the quesadilha arrived, they were all burnt and cold (I don't know how). My boyfriend's orange juice only had water, a squeeze of orange and was at room temperature. Everyone at the table was already disappointed with the service and realized straight away that it wasn't worth the trip as there was almost nothing we wanted to eat. We were 6 people. When the mozzarella stick arrived, it arrived completely soaked in oil. Everyone felt really sick to their stomach afterwards. Not to mention it was very unseasoned. A table arrived next to 8 people and they left minutes later (I think they realized it wasn't worth it). My intention was to go there on my birthday but I ended up postponing it, if I had gone on my birthday I would have been very upset, much more than I was. There is nothing fancy about anything and there was only one person serving on a Saturday night, the waiter was probably overloaded, which caused all orders to take a while. We ordered a sandwich but then I asked to cancel because I was afraid of spending my money on another dish that wouldn't be tasty either. My whole family fought with me about choosing Saturday night . I don't know if they're new or if something unforeseen happened, but not having the house's main dish on a Saturday left me quite surprised. I've worked in customer service and I know that the blame ends up falling on the attendant unintentionally, but we know that the lack of attention and negligence are on the part of the owners. I hope you don't take this comment in a bad light, but rather as a form of sincere feedback because the place has great potential, you just need to find the right path.
