It's been awhile since I've gone to a Texas Roadhouse. First time at this one. Seated right away, but next to a family with a screaming baby. We should have asked for another location, but decided to suck it up. Happy hour was limited to margaritas (nothing plain) and cheep tap beers. Went with the bone in rib eye. Steak was cooked right, but a lot of fat.

I came late because I thought it was open from 4 o'clock, but it's okay to come early because it starts at 11 o'clock on weekends. I'm already very satisfied with the signature menu, the cactus blossom ( fry), and the bread and lemonade before the steak comes out. We ordered a medium-rare handcut 8oz and signature rib eye, and caesar salad, butter sweet potato, spy soup, and rice for the side. The meat juice was very alive, and above all, the meat and sides were very fresh. (It seems to be because of the good turnover.) It was my first visit, and the server was kind. And even though I ate this much, I was very satisfied that it didn't exceed 100 dollars, including 20 percent tips.
