Texas Road house is one of our faves. We visited this one on 8/2. It was understandable busy when we arrived about 6:30. We were seated relatively quickly as the restaurant was starting to empty out. We ordered cactus blossom and drinks. It was delivered about 15 minutes later. About 30 minutes after we were seated we finally had to request some rolls, plates, ranch, and refills. Our server was mostly absent. It took about 45 minutes to get our meals after we ordered. I’ve never had service as poor as this at a Texas Roadhouse. Out server was mostly absent. Our steaks were overcooked and we were there about an hour and a half. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30
