1-star experience. The hostess at this Texas Roadhouse was extremely rude and unprofessional. She is a white woman who appeared to be in her late 30s and was wearing aviator-style eye glasses. The biggest issue was the way she handled the seating. She does not take customers names when they arrive so there is no clear order for seating parties. We watched several groups arrive after us and get seated before our group. What was especially concerning was that the groups being moved ahead of us appeared to be white while our group was Mexican. When I questioned the hostess about why groups who arrived after us were being seated before us she immediately became confrontational. Instead of explaining the seating order or acknowledging what I had observed, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. After watching multiple groups who arrived later get seated ahead of us it was hard not to feel that we were being treated differently because we are Mexican. I cannot speak to her intentions, but the way the situation played out was extremely concerning and left a very bad impression. Management needs to look into this employee and the way she is handling the host stand. Customers should be seated according to a fair and consistent process, not based on who the hostess decides to seat. This experience felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. Do better Texas Roadhouse Del Rio. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

Our first time at a Texas Roadhouse and it was a great experience. Rolls were totally as good as people say they are! Food was a good portion at a good price. Our server, Avery, was kind and attentive. We’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our waiter Jesus was very good. He was very friendly and attentive. I tried their chicken pasta and was very happy with my choice. And can't go wrong with their margaritas. Price per person: $10–20
