Placed a to go order because dinning in was just not in the cards tonight and Kara really went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and delivered amazing customer service! Thank you for making this mamas job 10x easier when it came to dinner! The food is perfect and because of the perfect customer service Texas Roadhouse will be our first choice when dinning out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the unfortunate experience of eating dinner here yesterday. Understandably you get what you pay for, so I write this with the mind frame that these are lower cost steaks. Unfortunately that shouldn’t come to play when cooking them correctly. We ordered medium rare, and two mediums. The medium rare first came out and looked boiled. So overly cooked it wasn’t my edible. The other two were well done. 30 mins pass, finally get new plates, with our sides (they originally tried to just take the steak and expected us to eat the sides or wait and let them get cold? We had to express we wanted new plates completely. Food comes. Still over cooked, but at this point it’s bearable, we have been there 45 mins hungry. Manager brings it, drops it off. Never seen again. No follow up, no check up. I feel like it was a missed opportunity to help resolve a bad dining experience with customer. We won’t be going to that location again. I’ll make the drive to Austin or new Braunfels. Having not one but 2 sets of steaks come overcooked and then be charged full price. I’ll go to Logan’s. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $10–20

This places curbside sucks this second time i come here u get here they tell you to put wat number ur parked in then ur wating for 30 minutes when u put order in like 30 minutes ago then they tell you to get off ur car to go to the window when literally just saw everyone else got their order to the car. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
