Tonight I visited Texas Roadhouse and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff were rude and dismissive, treating us like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. From the moment we walked in, the attitudes were unprofessional and off-putting. To make matters worse, the food was unacceptable. I ordered a steak medium, and what I received was so overcooked it was practically inedible. It was dry, tough, and nothing like the quality Texas Roadhouse is supposedly known for. When I tried to address the issue, the staff gave me more attitude instead of resolving the problem. I’ve always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse in the past, but this experience has made me reconsider ever coming back.
