The truth is that you will really enjoy tasty shrimp salad rolls, house salads and grilled sirloins. Take a break and eat good flija, ice cream and biscuits. This place is famous for delicious draft beer, margaritas or tequila. You will be offered great bread drink, lemonade or juice.

The warm atmosphere of this bbq makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. The positive aspect of Texas Roadhouse is that the staff is professional. Nice service is something clients like here. Prices are adequate for the quality you get. A lot of guests note that the decor is modern. This place is rated on Google 4.5 by its clients.

Great experience! Wonderful, friendly service :-) Steak and baked potato was delicious! Shrimp skewers were a bit salty and dry but fine. Would visit again. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I want to start by saying that I genuinely love Texas Roadhouse. This isn’t someone looking for free food or a discount. In fact, I don’t want anything at all except for this experience to be used as a coaching opportunity, and to tell you, I’ll be back! I placed my to-go order for an 8:00 PM pickup and arrived on time. Around 8:11 PM, I was told my order was ready except for the bread, which would take “about three minutes.” Those three minutes turned into more than 30 minutes. I checked with the pickup window several times and was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do because there wasn’t any bread. Meanwhile, my meal sat getting colder and colder. The problem wasn’t the bread—it was the complete lack of communication, urgency, and ownership. Eventually, I went inside and spoke with the manager on duty, Jocelyn. She greeted me with, “Hey babe, no problem, I got you,” and while she was pleasant, her approach felt far too casual for the situation. As a leader, I expected someone to recognize that a customer had already been waiting far beyond the promised pickup time and that a meal had been sitting for over 30 minutes. Instead of taking ownership, apologizing sincerely, or finding a meaningful solution, the interaction remained very cavalier, as though this was simply a minor inconvenience. I even told her, “Do you realize my food has been sitting here for over 30 minutes? It’s no longer fresh.” She acknowledged it, found me bread a few minutes later, handed it to me, and said, “Have a good day.” That missed the point entirely. Leadership isn’t just about eventually solving the problem. It’s about recognizing when the operation has failed a guest, taking ownership, communicating honestly, and doing everything possible to make it right. None of that happened here. To make matters worse, I wasn’t the only person waiting. Another guest was also standing there waiting on a delayed to-go order, which tells me this wasn’t an isolated incident. I love Texas Roadhouse, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. The food is usually outstanding, and that’s why I keep coming back. I simply hope management reviews the timing of the to-go process and coaches its leaders on taking ownership when things go wrong. A sincere apology, honest communication, and a sense of urgency would have made all the difference. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I feel compelled to leave a review so others can decide with caution whether or not it’s worth it to visit the Texas roadhouse restaurant in Reno. There were nine of us last night and we were so excited to go to the Texas roadhouse. We try to visit a new restaurant that we have never been to in Reno every Saturday night. There’s between nine and 12 of us. Good experiences except for last night at the Texas roadhouse. There were nine of us and let me just start off by saying the place was so completely overcrowded in the lobby and just the entire restaurant and out front which is not necessarily their fault. However, they split our party up in two completely separate booths so we were not allowed to all visit with each other, which was very disappointing. And our food server was nice. However, the food server at my son‘s table across the way was rude to him. The food was extremely over the top salty! We had to send the chicken back and the sautéed onions and mushrooms were inedible because of the amount of salt. Same with the baked potato. It was crazy the amount of salt I’ve never experienced that at any restaurant to that degree. Anyway, I’m so sorry to say that that was a big disappointment and we will not ever be going back to the Texas roadhouse. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
