If it weren’t for our waiter Sean, this place would have 1 star. This was our first time at Texas de Brazil and we came in excited to try everything they had. I came in at 7pm and the restaurant wasn’t even a quarter full. We had told our preferences of meat to be medium rare and the first pieces of meat that came were literally“congratulations” well done. I wish I was joking but the meat cutter had told me that a piece was medium well when the flesh of the meat was point blank grey. The cow died for no reason. We had a piece that looked decent but nope your dog wouldn’t even be able to chew it. I also don’t know what’s wrong with the meat but we were either getting straight dry pieces or all fat. Overall, the experience was alright and Sean was such a sweetheart for being so attentive and caring. If anyone working there is reading this, tell your cook to reconsider another career path.
