Although the Manager was great, the staff failed to deliver in service. They were very slow to bring out meat (the restaurant was far grom busy) and our mashed potatoes, fries and bananas came out about 20 minutes after we were seated. We have visited this franchise multiple times in other areas, and this one was subpar compared to the others. The salad bar left alot to be desired as the selections were limited. We also found it hard to believe that there was no bread offered with dinner. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Today was my husband's Birthday. Like everybody else we don't go out as often as we used to, so I looked forward to celebrate his Birthday at Texas de Brazil - Woodmere. Unfortunately it ended up to be our first, last, and the worst experience at this restaurant.Everything was a wait. From being seated, to drinks, to food. We ordered two full menus and a salad bar only for my son.There is a difference between being busy and being too busy to do your job. Our server never stopped at our table for more than 2 minutes and was simply negligent. I had to ask him to slow down because I couldn't digest anything he was saying in a huge hurry to run to the next table.I asked for one single refill of salad, he never brought it. He did, however, had time to notice my son "eating a little meat" as he put it. That was ONE piece of meat a carver dropped on his plate. I didn't object it, because by then it was obvious salad refills are not coming up any time soon.I was really open minded about all the hiccups of the evening. I understand the challenges of pandemic. But when we were charged the full dinner price for my son's meal, I had enough. All he ate was one plate of salad and one piece of meat mentioned above. Are you seriously telling me he was "eating a little meat"??? Like as we were trying to rip them off?I had to ask for the manager. Our bill was adjusted. Our evening was completely ruined.I feel bad to complain, but I also feel bad for my husband's Birthday experience. Funny, my son, who is 16, was afraid they're going to sing a Happy Birthday and that would be embarrassing. Nobody as much as asked if it was a special occasion even though it was marked as a Birthday dinner on the reservation.Frustrating and disappointing.
