Honestly, rented the venue space out with the owner. Genuinely horrible guy, he’s a junkie and had drugs all over his office. The owner fails to provide quality service and the contract him and his wife write up is not legally bind to any contract lawyer or court office. He cancels and or changes plans last minute nor is his venue actually registered with HPD county’s office. Meaning your event and or party can get shut down any moment. The owner came to the event High and intoxicated and his staff was very rude and very unpleasant working the event. No one was a help just all about greed and bad behavior. Save your money and time with this venue. Very unprofessional and would never work with them again. Atmosphere: 1

Pretty fun to party or hang out here with my friends. Warehouse can be a little cleaner towards the back where the restrooms are just a little cluttered but other than that everything is good! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
