Unfortunately come to realize the portion sizes are terribly small. The mango sticky rice is literally one slice of mango that's been cut up into several small tiny pieces and a few bites of rice for $10. The fried rice, dinner entree size, that I had tonight was so small I was able to easily finish it on my own in one sitting. I seem to remember this place was better when I first came here, maybe it was just my imagination or maybe change in ownership?

The service is deplorable. We ordered vegan Pineapple fried rice, it says vegan on the lid of the box and inside is filled with chicken. No problem, mistakes happen, right!?! No, both the wait staff and the manager argued we ordered it wrong. When we pointed out, you wrote on the lid, vegan, why did you put chicken they said, we're a small restaurant. Why would you argue? And make me drive back to the restaurant to prove you made a simple mistake. Just correct, apologize and move on. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1

I have frequented Thai Basil restaurants in Sacramento and Roseville so was excited to find one on Chico. When I walked in during the lunch hour I was surprised to see the place almost empty. The hostess seated me without saying a word, I ordered my regular favorite lunch special and was surprised at the tiny portion compared to the other locations. The garlic eggplant lunch special included two thin slices of eggplant and six tiny pieces of chicken, what a disappointment based on experience dining at the Sacramento area locations. Also, the staff needs serious customer service training. There are many better dining options in the area.
