Edited to 4 stars because they honored the comped meal and were really apologetic and kind. Thank you, Thai Esan! Hands down the best Thai in Chattanooga. Unfortunately, tonight we had to wait an hour and a half for just two takeout curries. (UberEats orders seemed to be prioritized which isn’t appropriate). They did apologize for the wait, which was kind, but that’s the point where a comped item or a discount would’ve been appropriate. On top of all of this, our curries were only about half full. When we asked about this, they filled it very slightly and with only broth (no veggies/protein). Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Red Curry, Spring Rolls
