Service was great, and the restaurant was warm and cozy. Unfortunately, the food was the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. The crispy rolls were pretty good, but they were barely warm with slightly cold centers, not hot. The sweet and sour sauce had a weird taste and horrible after taste, but the chicken was decent. The beef phad Thai had a strong, undesirable flavor, and the beef was absolutely horrible, the texture was rubbery making me think it was like fake beef (if there is such a thing). First time being into Thai Golden Bowl and it was amazing! The food was perfect and staff were welcoming and kind. We got chicken pad Thai and it was delicious, we will be back again soon! I made a mistake. I ordered from this restaurant thinking it was the one up the street from me, when in fact it was 30 miles away. Paid online with credit card. When I realized my mistake, I called, explained and apologized. They offered no refund at all, so I paid the tax and tip in addition to the food. A $50 lunch that I can’t pick up. While I own up to my mistake, I do find their customer service lacking. Like REALLY lacking. Service: 1

Our apology to hear your had a bad experience...? I don't know how google pulled up our business from 30 mins away. We refunded the tips back to your account. That seems fair since it was extra money. We have told you that per YOUR mistake we can not resell those orders. I don't know what customer service you are referring to since you're 30 miles and you've never been here. We refunded you the money that doesn't belong to us.
