Thai Lotus has been my go-to Thai restaurant in Reno for over 15 years, and it never disappoints. Their Pad Thai is simply the best in town — I've tried others and nothing comes close. The lunch specials are a fantastic deal and something I look forward to regularly. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere keeps it feeling like a true neighborhood gem even after all these years. The customer service is amazing. The food came out fast and fresh. The perfect amount of spice and flavor. I ordered the pumpkin curry lunch and it came with rice, soup, salad, and an egg roll. So worth the price because the food was equally delicious. My son got a boba drink and I tried it and it was very tasty and yummy. Every dish we ordered was so good. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town again. I can see why it got busy and is popular. Great service, food, and prices! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really enjoyed my visit. There was a steady flow of customers, I mainly stopped by for their Thai tea and they had it very organized for customers only coming in to dine and those arriving to pick up orders or to visit Oddcha for their milk teas which is inside of the same restaurant (Thai Lotus).
