When Singha closed down, I was sad; but out of the ashes rose a phoenix: Thai Orchid Restaurant. And the food is just as good or even better. We ordered the panang curry and a regular pho (combo: everything and seafood), which came with a side of delicious paste and fried garlic and a plethora of basils, jalapeño, and mung beans. My curry was perfectly spicy (mild) and the pho was bursting with flavor. We are definitely looking forward to more meals from here.
