Average Thai food experience. Although the service was pleasant the food was basic. We had to send the Thai fishcakes back as one was totally hollow in the centre

Visited Here tonight while on holiday down the road. We ordered our meals and were highly disappointed when they were served. The chicken fried rice looked like mash fried rice, could even resemble puréed baby food, was a plate of mush. The beef dish was tasteless. I definitely couldn't bring myself to eat the fried rice, so I went and told them, the owners reply was she will cook another one. Upon waiting 5-7minutes for a new fried rice our other two dishes went cold and was very off putting. When this arrived it was no different to the first one, once again a plate of mashed sloshy rice!!!! We couldn't bring ourselves to really eat it. When leaving she tallied it all up and billed us the full amount. I told her I was disappointed in the fried rice especially and that I don't believe we should have to pay for it. Her reply was they replaced that dish so therefore I had to pay for it. I said no I'll pay for the other meals and I shouldn't have to pay for something that was the most disgusting thing I've ever tried or looked at. She argued with me black and blue. Didn't even give us our receipt and instead scrunched it up in front of my face and threw it in the bin! She told me obviously I'm entitled to my opinion and that's how her dish is so therefore I had to pay! She was rude! Walked off on me, took her 5 attempts to produce a new receipt! Disgusting food and disgusting customer service from a lady who has owned this business for apparently 10 years!
