Bought pepper chicken and I asked for chilli and cashews added. Cashews were added however barely any chilli. I went up and handed the food back and said there was no chilli, I ordered and paid for another dish and they kept the original dish which I barely touched. Then when my order was ready I asked the boss lady, who is the young Thai lady of my new dish had extra chilli. Then she went off at me saying I should not have ordered my first dish if I wanted chilli. I tried to explain that I had ordered chilli with it and basically none was added. She told me I was wrong, even when the young lady working at the counter took my side. The owner is not good with customers, and decided to have a go at me, even after I ordered a second dish and pid twice! Where is the decency in Thai Thyme’s behaviour ?
