Back 9 in particular was some of the most fun golf I remember. Views for days! Greens recently punched so slow and not great but this course is underrated IMO at 4.3 stars (based on today’s average)

If it weren't for the consistently poor conduct of marshals (and consequently other staff) and the lack of sand in sand traps, I would rate this as the best non-private course in Utah County. Fun hole design and mostly well taken care of fairways and rough are great! The sand traps are mostly rock and little sand though, and 3 of the 5 times I've played I have been played into or otherwise harassed by marshals that seem to be old men that play for free and act like they own the course. Since it was a consistent problem, I asked the office employees to help and while they acknowledged the problem (not the first time they've had that complaint) I was told to just ignore the marshals and treat them as just another group. What's the point in having marshals if their only job is to play golf and make paying players miserable? Great course, poor staff and management, I wouldn't consider it too pricey but considering you're paying a premium I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a better experience.

Thanksgiving Point Golf Club House executive staff are totally awesome for all the events and meetings I have been able to attend. I love this place! My son and I have been successfully working with Lindsay and Tele for a number of wonderful years with major tournaments for Western Regional events we have put on for our hundreds of members and associates! We are so excited about our past successes with this terrific venue and tremendous staff and have already scheduled our next crucial fundraiser for next year! The Thanksgiving Point staff always have a great setup and awesome food to meet our needs. Once again, Lindsay and Tele are some of the main reasons we continue to come back enjoy our events along with an incredible golf course that everyone loves playing! Thanks again for lending a helping hand to success that benefits hundreds of people in so many needful ways.
