The 16th Ward is a place we failed to dine in after 2 walk in attempts. On a third, we luckily snagged a cancelled table, serendipitously after they nearly had to turn us away. The service is very attentive, and we enjoyed a continuous flow of shared plates and drinks. The dumplings are not to be missed for sure, and we also enjoyed an excellent pizza. Drinks were on point and the setting was perfect for a night away from our kids. Definitely call ahead if you want to go. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Hidden gem in Scranton. Excellent food, beer and service. Highly recommend burger, pizza, dumplings and cheese steak. The dessert was also delicious and made by a local baker.
