Had two very nice vegan dishes here and the staff were spot on in terms of attentiveness, no long waits, not interruptive. I think that requires a good knowledge and expertise in the food industry. It was a little quieter than other places in the area so it seemed like the right choice of place to go to for a nice meal where we could hear each other’s conversations. Would definitely go back! A MUST VISIT. 5 star pancakes, 5 star coffee and unbelievable customer service. I went to grab a Sunday brunch at Acoustic Brasserie and loved every bite of the food I ate. I had the ultimate American pancakes, portion size was perfect - the pancakes were fluffy and tasted like home made batter, the sausage was juicy, the bacon was not crispy but was perfectly crispy AND THE EGSS ! THEY KNOW HOW TO SCRAMBLE EGGS. The coffee was incredible as well. THE STAFF WERE SO FUNNY AND KIND, they joked with us and spent time with all the guests even though there wasn’t a single free table !
