CLOSED. I loved them, but we arrived today(5/9/22) at noon to find the gate locked, and we were told by an official looking guy that Mother's Day 2022 was their last day. I'm very sad.

My 18-year-old son and 53-year-old husband felt like kids again, watching planes takeoff and land during our brunch at The Airpark Cafe. There is no way they would've sat inside despite it being almost 95° outdoors. I read a few comments about the service being slow and it was true but oh my gosh who cares? Both young servers were friendly and accurate with our orders. I was happy to see order a "smaller" California omelette on the menu. It was full of bacon and topped with avocado and everything was cooked perfectly. Plenty of flavor. The home fries were good but I did prefer my husband's hashbrowns. Something about that crunch I guess. My son went all carb and got pancakes + biscuits/gravy. Hubby went with eggs and bacon and hash browns. Straightforward breakfast fare and everyone was pleased. As a daughter of a private plane pilot, the nostalgia was strong with me. Cute little place in Redding!
