We came to this restaurant and thought it would be excellent, but when we arrived, no one from the staff greeted us. So we sat down at the table. The food was excellent, but for £20 it was a mini beef rib which was half fatty and half delicious. Stinky toilets. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We had a friends Christmas party here and the food and staff were perfection. They went out of their way to provide us with the best service, table location and gorgeous food. The surrounding pubs had issues so all the overflow went to the Alexander Hays making them extremely busy but the staff handled it with professionalism and positive attitudes. The whole table (12 of us) already want to book in again for next year. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Gorgeous vegan options
